nissan in the early 90's had a bad habit of running the "running lights"
into one circuit. i had the same issue and what I eventually realized was
that I had just wired a head unit to my car and the open DIMMER WIRE from
the deck was popping the fuse. Now i know you said you checked the fuses
But that would leave me to beleive that the circuit for the running
light's system is broken somewhere.  good luck.. thats alot of electrical
type and wireloom :(
