They don't have US Emmisions labels, but they should meet US emissions
standards.  They
are manufactured to meet Mexico City standards that are equal to EPA and
very close to CARB
standards.  All Tsurus are equipped with EGR, 2 cats and are OBD-II.

Here in Mexico City we have to smog the car 2 times a year, and if you
fail, you have to stop
driving the car one day of the week.
