High Pressure a/c Hose Failing?

My a/c high pressure hose has broken twice in approx 6 months. Could it be due
to too much vibration? It's a daily driven 94 Classic with ES inserts (except
passenger side) GC/AGX combo w/300/200lb springs, ST sway bars, front & rear
strut bars. Has any one else experienced such a problem & is there a fix, or a
preventative measure I can take?
