New Guy intro

SR20DE junkies,

I would like to introduce myself.  My name is Nigel
and my newest toy is a blue 93 NX2000 with all
options.  It is in good condition with 150K on the
clock.  I am an ITS racer (Mazda RX-7) and so is my
brother in his 94 SE-R.  He was the one that actually
picked up the car (it was a steal!!) with the
intention of making it a street rocket daily driver.
Due to some life changes he has given it to me.  We
know the SR20DE well (teardown buildup) as a result of
racing it (I love his race car!).  Anyway, since I
have the NX2000 I will fulfill his dream for the car.

I would greatly appreciate your inputs for preparing a
street rock daily driver.  The first change will be a
new motor (Soko, Midwest), headers (Hotshot or
Stillen), and cold air intake (Hotshot? suggestions
please).   Will need a B pipe and muffler.  In fact
a whole cat back system.  I know there are many
bolt-on systems for the SE-Rs but I have not seen any
for the NX2000.  I seams that I may be do some
fabrication.  Dampers, AGX with Eibach Pro-Kit
springs. I would appreciate any help in this area.
Your thoughts on any of the aforementioned would be
greatly appreciated!

Before I go, let me say we did consider the turbo
option but I decided not to.
