Subscibe to dijest instead of the list

That's the hard way to do it!  Just click the other link at
the bottom of the page:

To unsubscribe go to http://lists.deskmedia.com/se-r/

Go to the bottom of that page, the very last line, and put
in your e-mail addy.
That is your option page.   Too easy!
