A Newton (N) is a metric measure of force. 4.45 Newtons is about one pound.

A meter (m) is of course a metric unit of length. One meter is
approximately 3.28 feet. Therefore, a N-m is a metric measure of torque.

1 N-m x 1 lb/4.45N x 3.28 feet/m = .7371 ft-lbs.

Therefore, 274 N-m = 201.9 ft-lbs of torque.

1 kW is 1.34 hp. So, 155 kW is 207.7 hp.
