Oil leak - Timing Chain Cover - Low cost repair available?

I recall seeing posts about that a few years ago. I guess the proper way to
redo the front cover seal is to pull the head. I remember hearing that
people have done it without removing the head but its a tricky procedure.
I'm sure the info is in the archives.
