Right, after yesterday, I am sure the gang will be behind a political ticket
that features me.  Well, maybe they would if you were the primary and I was
just along to stir things up.  :-D

I have ridden in a few tweaked Merc TD 5 cylinder cars.  If you like torque,
that is your ride.  It was fun smoking the tires around the auto-X course.
With more refinement, that package could be really enjoyable on a daily
commuter basis.

Mike, thanks for bringing a high level of technical expertise and knowledge
to our little community.
And a good sense of humor too.
