Carb cleaner....spray some over the intake...more importantly around the
injector boss where the rail goes into the intake manifold. I seen them leak
there. Also try disconnecting the EGR...I seen something like this on a
early VG30 where the EGR would open up at idle due to a bad EGR solenoid and
engine would stall. I dunno but my ECU never throws any kind of a code...I
drove with no O2 sensor, my MAF went bad- the hot wire in the sensor broke
off right after a POP install and still no codes. Gotta love OBDI and hate
it....this is why OBDII SE-Rs run so much better and cleaner than the
classic. Not sayn they make more power....just more friendly when it comes
to drivability problems.
