Spark Plug Question

Some plugs offer more than one ground(? the curved part), some as many
as four. Since one performance mod is to orient the plug so the ground
doesn't block the incoming fuel charge, wouldn't it be safe to assume
that four grounds would almost totally block the fuel? I'm thinking of
the Bosch Platnum + four. I don't want to get them, but was just
wondering. I'll stick with the NGK.
