Firstly, an ECU is > < this close to being unreasonable.  It's not
cost-prohibitive, but it's very labor-intensive.  Not something you want
to trust to G-O-B Hotrods or Mom'n'Pop Speed Shop.  Secondly, the gains
are solid, even without a reprogrammed ECU.  Somewhere in the ballpark
of 10HP peak, and the curves are very similar to the S3 cams w/out a JWT
ECU on a non-roller engine.  This information can be found on
B15Sentra.net, whenever that site settles down...

I can't afford them, nor am I really that interested in buying a set,
but good on JWT for releasing them.
