The ignition wiring is directly connected to the NVIS.
As soon as the key is inserted NVIS checks the code vs.
its internal code and the one being sent from 116 on the
ECU.
If everything matches up the NVIS outputs the start signal
which eventually comes back to the ECU on a pin which is
labeled "start signal" I'll have to look up the pin again
but I'm thinking it was pin 41 (have to check).
NVIS appears to only have power and grounds going to it and
the "116" signal and then an output signal.
There is an 8 pin connector w/ 5 wires being used:
-power coming from fuse block
-security light output
-ignition on/start
-signal from ECU pin 116
-output (start signal)
