Jordan's ? on the type R vs. rsx

It would seem that the rsx's numbers would make it as fast as the type r, but
apperently this is not the case...some say by far!  The type r is fairly
lean, i would imagine it weighs less than the rsx, and the rsx is equipped
with some other type of vtec(cough) system which integrates more emissions
gadgets and doohickies, which may rob it of some of it's power.  I also
understand the gearing is supposed to be a little rough, just like the new
spec v nissan.  Just my 2 cents, if it's worth that.
