Nope.  Not possible to calculate torque at the crank from hp at the wheels.

I had a private message that cleared it all up.

Because the info for the drum is known, you can calculate hp and torque on
the drum, but since the rpm of the wheels is different from the rpm of the
drum, a conversion must be made.  HP at the drum is the same as hp at the
wheels however. :-)
