SeaFoam - yes or no

I took it for an Italian tune-up yesterday and it's running better than it
used to, but a quick check by pulling the plug wires one at a time (I
haven't pulled the plugs themselves yet) tells me that #4 is on vacation.
No reason not to address all four. Also I think the header gasket is
leaking, so I'll redo that. And it wants to overheat - I think the stat is
sticking. So I'll put a new stat in, replace the coolant and do the hoses
too since they're so old.

But I love driving it again!
