Any interest in a low mileage NX

Kieran, I can't believe the Kawski 400,000 mile B13 still exists. Thought it would have succumbed to the crusher long ago.
Ahh, paperweight SE-R's... My '92 has been in storage since the 2009 convention with rod knock... on a 66k mile car. No time to fix too, however looking to do so this Winter.

This joining the list / early internet nostalgia reminds me of one of my short sighted moments...

<insert time ripple noise here>

In late 1992, I was in CS grad school. At one of the weekly symposiums, on grad student presented the work he had been doing with related to hypertext information systems using an?a new?markup language called HTML. He built a small demonstration on the grad school network that we could play with. I clicked around a bit and quickly declared it a novelty with no future, other than possible making?"man" pages even more confusing than they already were.

Nope, wasn't me. The ex-wife bought a black 93 (I think) years ago from some Chinese lady on Ebay and the thing was a POS. I argued and argued and she bought it anyway. Spent a year fixing it and, right when it was running properly, she wanted to get rid of it! She was stupid when it came to cars.... Somewhere around 2010 she traded a 2008 G37 with $450/month payments for a 2005 Subaru Imprezza bought owned it outright. Then, a year later, when the Subaru salesmen told her the check engine light was for a terminal problem and the car had little value, she traded it in for a 2007 Hyundai Tiburon with $200/month payments. Luckily the next step was after we were split where she went a year later to a 2003 Toyota 4Runner with 120k miles on it for payments of $350/month.

To continue with the nostalgia.... my 1995 is on jackstands. I got motivation to pay for and finish the suspension but then the almost-400k mile car I bought from Ray had issues that took my time and money away from the 95 :( So now.... neither of them work and I have NO motivation to do ANYTHING. But I DO have 2 SE-Rs.... They're just paperweights for now

Hi guys,

Sold my black 93 NX2K to a fellow lister years ago, think it was Kieran? I was living near Blue Bell PA at that time... back in 99 or 2000 I think. Sorry Kieran it might have been some one else :)

I'm not sure when I joined the list, must have been '95 or '96...? ?I was always mostly a lurker, posted questions a few times here & there though.
I remember buying my '93 SE-R in January of 1994, it was the last one on the lot and had 29 miles on the clock.
It's been my daily driver, my road tripper, my therapy chamber and unfortunately for the past year and a half it's been a dust collector in my garage. ?The dreaded 5th Gear Popout issue got so bad that the emissions test facilities here refused to test it on the dyno - they said it had to have all five gears working. ?It wasn't old enough or rare enough to qualify for the 'collector car' emissions exemption and no emissions test means no registration. ?Money and time have been tight the past couple of years so I haven't been able to fix it. ?It makes me sad every time I go in my garage but one of these days I'll be able to get her up & running again and continue enjoying my time behind the wheel.
