Subject: Any interest in a low mileage NX?

Hi guys,

Sold my black 93 NX2K to a fellow lister years ago, think it was Kieran? I was living near Blue Bell PA at that time... back in 99 or 2000 I think. Sorry Kieran it might have been some one else :)

Now I'm in the northwest near Bellingham WA (about 15 minutes from the border with Vancouver, Canada). About 2 years ago I found a red 1991 NX2K in southern California with 68,000 miles! After a bunch of back and forth with the guy who had bought it from its original owner, I made a deal and flew down. That 24 hour drive north was a fantastic trip that I'll never forget! (I think I wrote a long winded tale about the trip back that some of you might have seen on the list...)

Well, I've put about 7,000 miles per year on that little red rocket as a weekend fun car; now it's time for me to move on. I thought I'd offer it here first to see if anyone was interested in a nearly bone stock classic NX2000.  It has some seat wear on the driver's seat and a cracked dash. Other than that, it's fantastic and very fun to drive!  Original wheels still, no lowering, modifying or accidents.  Rubber seals in the T-tops are brittle but mostly intact, it does leak a little bit in the rain but not too bad.

I wouldn't hesitate to drive this thing cross county; it's been dead nuts reliable.

Anyone interested?  Talk about a cool road trip back in this thing - drive down the coast a ways in the beautiful northwest and then head east or... Or take the Canadian route east - really breath-taking through the Rockies!|

best to all,
Marty (member since 96 I think?)
