Very true. On the 06-08 FX, the speedometers are off. When I checked my 08, it was 2-3MPH off at lower speeds (25-40) and by the time you got up to highway speed of 65-80 it was off by about 5MPH. Lots of people have bitched about it with no success. I recorded video, got data from several GPS's, two radar sources, paced the car with other known-to-be-good cars, used stopwatch and mileage markers, etc, etc. All kinds of good data that the engineers at Nissan/Infiniti would not be able to dispute... it was DATA. I went to the dealer prepared to fight and, when I got there, they told me that Infiniti had issued a recall. Turns out that the odometers were rolling fast as a result of the speedo and they were not only willing to roll back the odometers (mine went from 37,8xx back to around 36,000) but they were also willing to reimburse anyone who paid as a result of the mileage (leases that were over, out-of-warranty work, etc)
