SE-R divorce

So, in SE-R "firsts", has anyone ever had theirs written into a divorce 
settlement?  Or been forced to ebay it?  My separation agreement from a 
week ago lists:

"1993 Nissan Sentra SE-R, title to which automobile is in Husband’s name 
solely and also in possession of Husband. The Parties have not 
ascertained whether this automobile has any residual equity value and 
each specifically waives any further appraisals to determine its value. 
This automobile has sat on the land at **** Canterbury Way for 
approximately six years, rendered inoperable by motor failure. This 
automobile shall be listed for sale on ebay, and sold. The proceeds 
shall be divided equally between the parties"
