That sounds like you still have some battery or cabling problem.  I 
always pull the battery connectors and clean them first.  A very odd 
electrical problem with another car years ago taught me the connectors 
could look squeaky clean outside, but not conduct worth a shit.

i think people have also reported starters not grounding to the engine 
block adequately, though it seems like a stretch to me.
