It is all pretty straightforward.

Not much mechanically. Electronically yes. But for the most part it will
work.

There are a number of places. Justin Mclanahan works at Scottsdale Infiniti
and can get Nissan parts. Blair Judson works at a Nissan Dealership in ohio
and gives list folks discounts. Thats all I can think of right now.

The only thing to maybe just replace if not done is the chain tensioner.
Don't go by the FSM you can just pull the oil filter off cover the oil
filter area so you don't drop the nuts into the motor. Then just take the 2
10mm nuts off the tensioner remove the old tensioner. Make sure the little
clasp is on the new tensioner then install it. Put the oil filter back on.
Pull the power transistor and crank the motor a bit before starting just to
preload the tensioner. Pretty simple.
