Well, a while back on the TV show Mythbusters, they checked to see if
footballs filled with helium flew further than balls with regular
air, and did see a very small increase in distance.  But as nitrogen
is going to be heavier than helium, I have no idea what kind of
benefit you might see from this, or how it would relate to tires.

Sounds like marketing bull to me.
