Yes, the ring designs are different if you have cruise control.
Basically, you'll need to re-wire your cruise control to not pass
through the momo steering wheel hub. it just won't work. Figure
something else out. As for the horn, you need to re-wire the portion
behind the steering wheel. There are three wires back there. There is a
disconnect point as well. Two of those wires are for the cruise control.
Take them out of the pack of the plug, and do something with them. You
will need to put the horn wire in one of the other two spots that used
to have cruise control wirers running in them. A multi-meter is your friend.
