Wheel Weight vs. Wheel Width

I suspect the lighter weight would be more beneficial, but that's just gut

What do you consider cheap?   I'm pretty partial to my Kosei K-1s.  15x7 is
only about 12.5 lbs.  They're $129/ea at Tire Rack.
