aftermarket horn?

Hi Folks,

I've had two Fiamm electric air horns in the last three years. The
first was replaced under warranty, the second is just dying after being
on two years, no warranty.  Compared to the stock horn, this gets
attention when I need it but I'm looking for a horn that lasts longer.
Frustrating to need a horn and not have it. I have it mounted in front
of the rad in the location of the stock horn, with the two trumpets
facing the driver's side front wheel. The electric compressor is
mounted about 10 degrees off vertical. The compressor died on the first
horn, it appears to be the trumpets now.  If I lay on the horn a few
times I eventually start getting sound, this doesn't work efficiently
if someone moves into your lane without seeing you!

Is anyone using a FIAMM or HELLA horn for a longer time period? Is a
short life the price to pay for grabbing attention? Suggestions or
comments welcome? A search brings up both brands, but no mention of
their usable life.
