Lots more power found with some new SR tuning ideas!

I did the testing with a cat in place and it had no
impact on power at all.

Its actualy not a race car but my street car.  I am
not sure if it will pass due to glogs of HC's at idle
that a lot of overlap gives you and a more than 1000
rpm idle that throws a flag to the smog machine.

I think the cat will oxidize the HC's most likely.
