Auto to 5 speed/Carfax

Hey list,

I have a question and a favor.  I am looking at a 92 NX2000 w/ a blown
motor.  Actually, I fell on the deal by accident; but the car is an auto.  I
would plan on changing the motor and prefer to install a 5 speed at the same
time, and I would like to know what the list felt the difficulty level on a
5 speed/auto conversion would be.  I searched the archives, but my searches
didn't pop up any how-to's or tips.  I guess the biggest question would be
if the harness needs replaced, or if the auto harness is sufficent.  I have
a spare 5 speed ecu in the garage.

The favor: I will be calling the people tomorrow (the local pick & pull) for
a price on the car, but I would like to know if the title is clean; and I
didn't want to join Carfax for a month when not actively searching for a
diff't vehicle.
