Okay, one thing I have to mention then,
is don't bother with the vise-grips and the
BFH, to get the angle, you need that set
of 4 stanley picks you can get at most hardware
stores, and the cheesy little angled mirror
you can get at autozone. Stick a pick inside
the BPT tube access hole, and worm it inside
the tiny little hole on the end of it - much easier
than taking off the whole tube.

You'll probably just strip the flare nut even worse
with vise grips and no heat. You need heat to break
the rust free, if yours is anything like my charcoal
Classic's was.

The pick method works VERY well with the end of
the pick dipped in red line fuel system cleaner - the
best carbon breaker I've ever used. Throttle body/
carb cleaner doesn't touch the power of that stuff.

The pick method will probably also work with a bpt
tube full of throttle body/carb cleaner, though, just
keep at it until it's loose. Then run more through
until you see a decent stream running out of the BPT
passage tube.

On a side note, I think my oil leak is just my upper
pan replacement job. It's perfect everywhere but
right next to the transmission - I seem to remember
messing up the bead just a little, and I *might* not
have torqued the bolts *perfectly* although I really
tried. Either that, or it's the rear main seal.

Valve cover doesn't appear to be leaking, and I'd be
hearing something different if a rocker got toasted,
IMHO.
