No the G35 is the current Skyline in Japan.  Did you look at the link.

Obviously you guys are talking about the R34 Skyline GT-R which is
completely different

then the R34 base skyline (2wd, 4 door, RB20DE<-- I think).  And to say the
Skyline isn't in the U.S. is incorrect,

because while the badge may say G35 it is the Skyline in Japan.
