Reversing MAF?

I don't recall such a thing on the list, but it makes NO sense to me.  EFI
mods either:  1) truly help get more air in the engine (volumetric
efficiency)  or  2) "trick" the computer to compensate for some shortcoming
on its part.  I can't see how this would do either.
