He is talking about his Maxima, not his B13 but the
spring rates are way too high for any off the shelf
dampers avalible for the Maxima.

If he had custom dampers that had enough damping, like
some rvalved Koni's, those rates might work on a
bigger heavier Maxima.  As to how streetable it might
be, I don't know, those rates are like what we run on
the race cars.
