ECU codes with new C2 cams

I have a '92 NX2000 with JWT C2 cams and their matching ECU.
Never had any codes.  I also have their high compression program,
50 lb/hr injectors and stock MAF.

My car does idle though at between 1000 - 1100 rpms.  It seems no
matter what I do, I cannot get it to idle lower.  When using the
documented processes for idle and timing adjust, the car will either
die or idle at that same level.
