Ok. I had to hacksaw the nut & bolt, but I got another one and put the new alternator in with a new belt. All is good now. Unbolting the AC compressor is the best way to get it out, and undoing the coolant reservoir tank is also good for access. ===== Ciao, Bryce Ludwig
