It is indeed a version of the Renault Clio Saloon (i.e. sedan). In Greece it
is marketed as Renault THALIA (Clio and Thalia are names of 2 of the 9 Muses
from ancient greek mythology).
It certainly has a very nice and stiff chassis and it handles beautifully
when stock.
Finally, there is huge support from aftermarket vendors for suspension
components. Most everyone has something good for it. Note however that
(unless something radical happened) there are no springs on the rear.
Renault uses mainly torsion bars instead of springs.
