Renault-Nissan? (non se-r)

I hope someone has some sort of info..
Here in Mexico Nissan launched a new model called Platina that really is
a Renault Clio Symbol.
Couple of friends have bought these cars and they are quite strange but
are fun to drive.
The gap between tire and fender is very wide so they want to lower the
car and put on bigger
wheels. The wheels are not any problem since they use the same bolt
pattern and offset of a
classic. Maybe someone in europe can tell if there are some aftermarket
springs and shocks for
this car.
