As Carson said, I think it *is* electrical.

Check your fuseable links as well.  When I did the first swap into the G20,
I got one part of the wiring harness routed a bit wrong and one wire wore
through causing a short that would blow a fuseable link.  Check your fuses
too.  If they are all good, then start with Carson's instructions and work
back.  If you find a blown fuse or fuseable link, trace the path of that
circuit.
