I had this sorta happen on my 200..the pass side window went south..opened
it up to find the the plastic pc that bolts to the window had broken where
the cable goes into it, and holds it in place with a metal tab that is made
onto the cable. (like bicycle brake cables) anyway..I needed it fixed right
then and there.and couldnt wait nor could afford a new pc at that time..so I
cleaned the grease off of it really well, and set the cable back in place
where it belonged.then used some hard set epoxy to permanently cement it in
place. let it set for awhile and replaced everything...didnt use the window
for 24 hours. Then when I did, it worked perfectly..and has ever since..that
was at least a year and a half ago...I guess just something to keep in mind.
