Thanks - real world data to back up a statement.

Makes logical sense too, the ultimate compression value would depend on the
intake vacuum level.  Which means that compression values would also be
different at different altitudes (though I haven't seen charts to compensate
for altitude).

I couldn't imagine all the factory service manuals and tool instructions
would be wrong and just saying that without a legitimate reason.
