Idle (please read)

Hi Lists Members,
My problem happens during cold starts, I start the engine and it wants to
die out, I always need to press and hold the gas for about a minute or two,
after that the engine idles good, but I've experience the rpms going up and
down a couple of times when I'm waiting at a red light so far I've change
the tps, adjusted the cable and the idle speed screw, but no luck  any
suggestions     thanks in advance
