Can anybody look at G20 in Seattle?

Hi all,

I'm considering a 93.5 G20 that's for sale in the Seattle area.  As
I'm in New York, this presents some challenges. ;-)  I know there are
lots of list members out in that corner of the country -- if anybody
can take a look for me I'd be glad to make it worth their while.
