Have you even looked at SE-R.net?  On the bottom there is an e-mail link to
Mike Mager.  Or, you could have asked this question here first.

Next, I don't think you were very clear before.  You mentioned SE-R.net,
but you posted a link to a personal site.  Don't expect an editor to lift
something you've already published and throw it on SE-R.net.  I would
*never* lift something off another site and throw it on a site I was in
charge of.

Lastly, did you use the SE-R.net background and navbar on the page you
created?  If not, you are better off just sending a doc or txt file to the
SE-R.net editors and telling them where to insert the photos.

I'm not trying to be critical, but it sounds like you're complaining about
the folks who are the caretakers of SE-R.net and in this case, I don't
think they should be dinged.  I also have responded publicly so others
could have a more clear idea of the issues involved should they wish to
write something for SE-R.net.  I applaud your efforts to create content for
SE-R.net.  I would just change how you try to get that content published on
SE-R.net.
