cam brackets, head specific?

I was under the impression that you could not exchange the brackets from one
head to another with the SR20de because each was milled for that specific
head (the aluminum parts that hold the cams to the head.

Is this true?  I didn't find it in the FSM.

could you swap em from a '92 to a '92 motor?
