Turbo Exhaust ?'s

Hi I was wondering...
For the people who have turbo setups in their cars, is their a specific
cat-back system on the market that you use or did you have to fabricate a
larger diameter pipe system for it...(2 1/2 inch, 2 3/4, 3 inch)?? Because my
GReddy exhaust with 2.2 inch piping would not be able to provide adequate
flow for a turbo system, even one at very low boost. I know with a turbo it
would be better if you didnt have an exhaust system at all but i want my car
to be streetable so if you could help me out..
