Yes, they fit with a bit of modification.
The bolt spacing is the same but the
center bore needs to be machined out to
fit the SE-R.

I have a set of these wheels that I
use for my track tires. On my wheels,
steel inserts were also fitted to the
lug holes (with deeper lug nuts also
provided), prob. to compensate for the
local weakening from the matl. machined
away at the hub (just a guess).

I run 205/55 tires on mine, and use
1/2" spacers to clear the struts.

Later, 15", Miata wheels will also fit
SE-Rs with similar mod work. Larry
MacLeod has a set for his car.

And finally, the early Miata wheels
are 5.5" wide, not 6"
