Yes it could be, but he even admits he shouldn't have done it the way he did
and realizes now this would have been a much easier lesson if he had just
gone with the jwt computer in the first place.  He was running  turbo bigger
than a t-25 as well.  Also no one knows if he was detonating before.  This
wasn't a sudden jump in boost from the wastegate that caused the problem, it
happened gradually over time.
