I don't think it's real relevant... most of the leakdown testers I found are calibrated bleeds that you feed a continuous supply of 100 psi and read the pressure in the cylinder to get the leakdown. One roll-your-own leakdown said to use a .040" hole for the bleed. Jon Davis
