Someone gave you the wrong answer before...

I bought the Tavia Dual Gauge Leakdown Tester. It sells for $70.

There a good picture of it on http://www.jegs.com/

"A great way to pinpoint leakage of the piston bore, rings, valves heads
and gaskets. Can also be used to flow fuel injectors and valves.
Complete with a stainless 14mm fitting and hose assembly for use with
most popular engines"

A lot of people make their own.

It does require compressed air to use (no cranking required). Most
people use about 100 psi.
