engine support with the crossmember removed

So... remember the burned up NX? When I removed the engine from that,
I did it from above. I wrapped chains around it (+ tranny), hung a
come-along from a stout beam over a barn door, and lifted it up. It
came up, up, and so did the car. Turns out I forgot to disconnect the
shift rod support, and it was picking up the car with that. Whoops.
