<div>Oh boy, list activity!</div>
<div>Earlier this year, I replaced my beloved Mazdaspeed3 (which I
moved on to from the SR20 world) after 9 years of miles and
smiles. When we were expecting our first child, my wife and I
agreed that I should get the "family" car as I have no commute.
Her criteria: had to fit the dog and baby safely at the same time.
My criteria: fun to drive with a bit more utility. Ended up with a
'15 Audi SQ5 which has the ZF-8. Never had an auto trans vehicle
before this so it took some getting used to but overall I've been
very happy with it. Supercharger whine is no turbo spool, though!
My projects are more of the rural and small engine maintenance
type these days. Maybe just biding my time until the owner of my
old turbo B13 decides to move on and she ends up back in my garage
down the line...<br clear="none">

<div>Glad to see some old, familiar names back in my inbox. Got my
first SE-R when I was 20 and turned 39 last month... time keeps on

I’ve been through a couple of boat tow vehicles in the last 7
years but now I have a 2003 Frontier for bad weather and a 2014

auto is pretty amazing. It’s a hooligan car that you can toss
around and have some fun.

<div>My 1991 SE-R was a daily until about 2017.
I drive it about 1000 miles a year but it needs bodywork
as the paint has started flaking off but thankfully I
don't see any major rust. I may daily it during the
winter though so slightly worried about that. I am in
Baltimore. I have this car as second owner since 1997 I
think. I want to restore the paint and probably not much
else. Car has 300k miles on it but just 200k on the
engine with s3 cams and most of the bolt on that we're
available in the early 2000s.

<div>My daily now is a 2009 Benz E63 AMG with
the 6.2L normally aspirated V8 and a 7.5Kish redline.
This is the most seriously rapid car I've owned and it
handles itself well for a big car. No manual trans but
the 7speed auto and flappy paddles work well in manual
mode. It is also comfy and currently bone stock. I
have an AMG limited slip differential on the shelf I
want to install though. :)</div>

<div>My 91 SE-R hasn't been a daily since 2001? I
am barely putting 500 miles a year on it now.
Drive it enough to keep it alive. She is due for
an oil change and will change the fuel filter
while I am at it.</div>

<div>My Daily is a 2013 Honda Accord Coupe V6 with
(gasp) an automatic. That was the first new car
purchased with an automatic and honestly don't

the manual, got 3mpg better, and I drive in a lot
of stop and go traffic so it took my driving
fatigue level down bigly.</div>
