The B13, B14, and P10 were the same. It wasn't until the roller rocker DE that the crank pulley changed. It seems to be common that the rubber part that connects the 2 pieces of the pulley, separates and that causes the timing marks to jump around.
It's a crank pulley, sure, but it does incorporate a vibration damper. But "DE ones are the same" is what I need to know!

My former G20 (now a friend's car) is having a couple of issues and the shop working on it asked me about the pulley - he can't get an accurate timing reading. I know I replaced it around the time I replaced the engine, and I bought it from Greg/Courtesy X years ago. Perhaps the key is missing from the keyway? Dunno. Can't get more than 16" vacuum with the dist. advanced all the way.

Bigger issue is the occasional random stalling.

Wayne, I don't know about a crank change, but since I'm not looking at anything later than about the mid-90s I don't think it's an issue.

They don't have a harmonic balancer, they just have a crank pulley. DE ones are the same, GTiR and VE are different.

Brent

On Wed, Oct 24, 2012 at 6:55 PM, David Pertuz <d.pertuz@gmail.com> wrote:
